We met Emma through a stroke of luck at the first ever open home we went to. We had a small discussion regarding the specifics of what kind of property we were looking for, but my partner and I assumed it was just polite small chat. However, she followed up with a thoughtfully curated list of properties that were all in our budget and what we were looking for. She assisted us through the whole process of both a deadline sale that we didn't quite make the cut for along with an auction which seemed daunting to go through initially, however, with the help of her, we were able to win the auction for our first home.
