I knew Debbie on a very casual basis by just having a few brief conversation with her in the local cafes etc. Selecting a real estate agent is tricky as you always know 10 of them and you don’t want to offend anyone. I told Debbie what my needs were and together we came up with a marketing plan that fitted both my needs and budget. Another point was is that there had been a few people I had offered the property to before listing (mostly the Neighbor's). Debbie was wonderful in allowing me to exclude those people from the agency agreement for a limited period of time to let them decide. As a result the other potential listing agents fell by the wayside. Debbie seemed to have a good fair and balanced view on what my needs were as a vendor. Debbie nearly always answered the phone and if not, returned all my calls and texts. I would recommend Debbie as an agent anytime.
