Denise has been exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond with helping me obtain a place that was right for me !! Her knowledge of the local market was second to none and her guidance was invaluable. Even through the winter months she was always bright and cherry, with a positive outlook for my search, which made my life so much easier and nothing was a problem. Her practical advice and approach to everything was a great bonus and helped with my search. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DENISE TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO BUY OR SELL.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience of selling our house! Julie’s strong market knowledge, coupled with her confident assurance that the house had the potential to sell well, made us feel comfortable going with her advice. She talked us through each stage of preparing to bring our house to market including ways to enhance its positive features with professional staging, while keeping us regularly informed about potential buyers. At every stage Julie’s professionalism shone through and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Patrick enough! Selling my home was such a significant and emotional process, but from start to finish, he made everything feel incredibly easy and as stress-free as possible. His dedication, professionalism, communication and genuine commitment to getting the best result for us were truly unmatched. The amount of effort he put into every part of the sale never went unnoticed, and we always felt like our home and the outcome genuinely mattered to him. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always available to answer questions, offer reassurance and guide us through every step of the process. What could have been an incredibly overwhelming experience was made so much easier because of his support and expertise. We are beyond grateful for everything he did for us and couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated agent to sell our home. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond, work incredibly hard, and genuinely care about achieving the best possible outcome, we couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thanks Paddy ❤️

Communication was outstanding at every stage of the process. Always provided clear updates, feedback etc. We didn't sell at auction, however, Ben presented us with five offers a week later. Having bought and sold a number of houses, I can confidently say Ben was the best agent we have had.

We had a very short lead-up to auction date. Julie expertly facilitated our due diligence and formulating our offer. We were unable to bid as our own sale was not sufficiently far advanced. However within a few days, we were able to participate in the resulting deadline sale in which we were successful. Julie was quite exceptional in remaining accessible throughout this time to answer questions, liasing promptly with our solicitors where required. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge and experience that was very reassuring in an unfamiliar and potentially stressful process. Her personable attitude combined with professional approach would allow us to recommend her service to anyone fortunate enough to engage with her.

Denise was very supportive throughout the whole purchasing process. She was considerate towards our needs and very responsive. Denise represented us very well in the auction room showing great professionalism but also kindness and understanding of our position. She’s a fantastic agent and would highly recommend to anyone.

We couldn’t recommend Ben highly enough. As first-home buyers, having someone with his knowledge and experience made the entire process so much less overwhelming. Ben went above and beyond by thoroughly reviewing property documents, researching comparable sales in the area, and giving us honest, expert advice on every home we considered. He never rushed us and always took the time to answer our questions and attend the properties we were interested in, making us feel like a priority throughout the whole journey. Thanks to Ben’s guidance, we found the perfect first home. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping us make the right decision gave us so much confidence every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Being a first home buyer I was terrified and over whelmed of the whole process of purchasing a house Ben put all of my worries at ease by being incredibly helpful and honest as well as always reaching out and checking in to make sure I understood everything that was going on as it is a long and overwhelming process! I can not recommend Ben enough!
