Denise was very efficient and managed any extra responsibilities quickly. Nothing was a bother to her and she always went the extra mile which resulted in an outstanding result of our sale. She is very friendly and approachable, she was able to answer all of our questions at any time, day or night. We would highly recommend Denise to anybody buying or selling.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had when buying a property with Denise looking after me. After making my offer, I was away from Chch until settlement and Denise kept me completely in touch during this time. She went out of her way to check up on and promptly respond to any questions I had, including visiting the property to make measurements for me. Due to Denise's professional attitude and her delightful personality, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.

Communicates every step of the way, non judgemental, understanding, puts himself into your shoes no matter what situation you’re in. Open and honest and gives advice for all different scenarios. Incredibly professional but also builds a relationship personally in amongst the chaos and stress that comes with selling a house. Cian went out of his way for us and we will forever be grateful to him for his help and guidance.

Cain is an excellent communicator and facilitator which helps enormously in getting a deal finalised. He anticipates challenges and goes out of his way to make sure we understood everything that was going on. We'll definitely use him again, he's a breath of fresh air. Jude and Tony

Cian’s market knowledge is exceptional, and his behind the scenes is above and beyond expectations. I looked forward to our weekly feedback meetings as to how the property was tracking. A contagious laugh and happy charismatic personality were so helpful to have in my corner while working through a nervous and stressful situation. Thanks Cian!

Julie is one of the best Agents I have had. I’ve brought and sold many properties over the last few years. Julie has been involved in my last one and has been one of the most difficult to sell. Julie was extremely thorough and worked tirelessly to get through all the processes that was involved in my property. I was extremely impressed by her knowledge and the way she communicated with me every step of the way. If you need an agent to sell your property or help you buy one Julie is your person. After selling my property she helped me purchase my latest one very smoothly.

Denise has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning, right through to the end. She was able to reassure us throughout the entire experience. Denise has great knowledge about the market & made the selling experience seem less. Her communication skills are excellent & nothing is a problem for Denise. We would highly recommend Denise to help with anything real estate. She is simply brilliant.

My sister Nicky is partially sighted and required a modern 2 bedroom single storey property within close proximity to bus routes and a Shopping Centre. This criteria is not easy to fulfill. When Denise identified a property that she considered would be of interest she advised us. This took time and patience on Denises part and her particular knowledge of Greater Christchurch was invaluable. After 18 months of possibilities Denise found 2/3 Nyoli Street. It was the perfect house for Nicky and fulfilled all her requirements. Nyoli Street was subject to a Deadline Treaty Sale which has been moved forward and really only left the family three days to make decisions regarding bidding on the property. Denises knowledge of the market and the nature of Deadline Treaty Sales was invaluable to us in our bid to secure the property.

After a frustrating experience with a previous agent, working with Ben was a breath of fresh air. His professionalism, clear communication, and personable approach made all the difference. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, my house sold in just a month! I can’t recommend Ben highly enough—he truly goes above and beyond and truly cares!! If you’re looking for an agent that genuinely cares, I couldn’t recommend Ben enough! Thanks Ben your help and support was super appreciated.
