Andrew worked very hard for out of town vendors, assisting with getting the property ready for sale. He took a pragmatic approach arranging many of the services needed prior to marketing. He had to communicate with multiple vendors and made sure everyone was up to date. He presented the property well online and as a result it sold for a fair price. Happy vendors all round.
