Richard worked with us, initially as a silent listing and then going through to the auction process. He made everything clear and was fastidious with the detail, especially with the issues pertaining to compliance as there were one or two with our property. As ours was a little bit different as a lifestyle property he was happy for us to be involved in open days (which I understand is unusual) but I think it worked well.
