We are very pleased to offer our testimonial to the support we received from Julie in the sale of our property at 342 Sawyers Arms Road. This wasn’t an easy task, even within a seller’s market. There was concern about the monolithic cladding, which left doubts in the minds of many interested buyers. It was a roller coaster ride that took all of Julie’s skills and tenacity to ride out, and to keep us in the saddle with her, so to speak! Talk about ups and downs! We knew we had a good house for someone with the guts to take the “risk”, but it took a while to find that person. Julie never for one moment looked like she had any doubts it would happen eventually, and she was right. The property was marketed to a very high standard, and Julie was available for multiple visits and negotiations. The price took a battering, but we accepted that Julie found the best offer for us. Julie was pleasant and very professional to work with. She explained all the steps of the sale carefully, and ensured that we fully understood the terminology. She was able to supply helpful lists of contacts, of people who were needed for us to carry out the sale. For example, solicitor, building inspector and staging company. Julie was well organised in every small detail, which gave us great confidence. Every question or query was answered clearly, often after normal work hours. Feedback from open homes was excellent. Julie has helped us in the past with buying houses, and she continued her professional approach with selling this one.
