I chose Debbie as I knew she has long working history in the general area. She was easy to deal, probably gave the best feedback and support of any agent I have ever health with. Prompt followup with questions. Handled a slightly trickier house sale ( well from my perspective) with good insight, assessment of market and potential buyers.
