Her advices helped a lot with our decision making. Having the right agent who knows what she is doing and lead us in choosing what is best for us. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear. Let alone having a deadline from the buyer early morning on a Monday so she prepared our documents and had us signed the day before even if it was supposed to be her rest day.
