Great Experience

Kelly has been great to work with despite us have never met in person! We discovered the house when Kelly was out of town over the New Year holiday period. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the property and was immediately able to provide full info on both the house and Wanaka market. Remotely Kelly was able to arrange a building assessment and assisted us in gaining a good understanding of the home and the location - he even went to the trouble of getting extra photos taken once we left town and couldn't remember a couple of aspects of the location. Throughout the process Kelly was a very good communicator and all of our requests for further information or updates were promptly and cheerfully responded to. All in all a great experience and we look forward to meeting Kelly in person when we are back in Wanaka.
