I could tell straight away that I was in safe hands. Gary knows his stuff and his knowledge and experience of the market was very reassuring, especially when choosing the best way sell the property. He made himself readily available and kept me informed every step of the way. When it came to preparing the house to go market Gary helped me organise gardeners, cleaners, tradespeople and rubbish removers, taking a massive stress off of my shoulders. The marketing of the house was simple but effective. From very impressive photos that showed off the properties true appeal, to several highly successful open days that pulled in substantial numbers of people.
