Selling sections can be a challenge, as was the case with ours. Lee-anne only had our section for about three months. A local agent who knows and understands the market is vital, and Le-anne gave us the advice that ultimately brought us a buyer. Le-anne is certainly very professional, and also a lady of integrity. I would prefer more feed back, perhaps weekly or fortnightly feed back. I know this can be hard when nothing is happening.
