Phillipa performed extremely well in what is a very difficult market. She always acted in a professional manner, wasn't afraid to ask for a colleague to look at our situation with a fresh pair of eyes. Phillipa was always approachable and communicated with us at all times. She was also very empathetic to our health problems we are going through at this present time. We would highly recommend Phillipa to anybody who is looking at buying/selling their property. We would have liked a little more on our sale however at this present time in the Real Estate Market we believe the price we got was a fair one.
