As we lived across the other side of the North Island, the times we did spend with Phillipa were very satisfying. Her manner is lovely and casual, putting you at ease straight away. She sat with us and went through our options, answered our many questions with ease, and once we returned home, kept in constant touch about how the sale was going on our house and the updates on the home we had chosen through her. As FHB’s we had had enough of looking and not standing a chance towards all the investors ect. Phillipa got my (giving up) attitude head on and she talked to me like I was a person and she really made me feel like my partner and I had a chance. Fast forward 2 offers and 6 months later after meeting Phillipa, we finally get to pick up our keys to our new home! Phillipa was incredible with allll of our questions and worked around my shifts to help us get to where we are. True dedication and we couldn’t be more grateful!!

Phillipa was fantastic! Her communication was superb from the start. Giving us up to date details on the properties during the process allowed us to really think about what we wanted to do. She was very honest and straight forward with information and if she didn’t know the answer she would always get back to us. Phillipa was very good, certainly went the extra mile when it came to showing us properties. we initially went to look at one, but looked at 6 or more on the first day. She clearly had plenty of knowledge of her listings and other listings within her company. She went out of her way to show us all that was on offer. Buying a house is a stressful experience, Donna's attitude made the process easy. All questions were answered professionally and answers for the unknown questions were followed up, not brushed aside.
