An exceptional dairy farm in the highly sought-after dairying location of Normanby, this is a rare opportunity to own "one of the best" farms of its size and productivity, milking 340 cows. Set on 111.74 hectares across 8 titles (276.11 acres), the property has mainly flat contour, with the balance being easy contour.
340 cows are being milked through a 36-aside herringbone cowshed, with feed pads and support buildings. The 2 main parts of the farm are joined with an underpass - all races, pastures and fencing are in excellent condition.
There are 2 homes on the property. The main home has 3 bedrooms and attached double garaging and is north-facing. It has recently had extensive renovations inside and out, has a heat pump and is Healthy Homes compliant.
The second 3-bedroom home is situated on Mangapoua Road and also features an attached garage and heat pump and is Healthy Homes approved.
With all local schools available, the property is situated approximately 5km from Hawera and 15km from Eltham for alternative work sources. A lovely farm for all potential purchasers.
Ngarongo Road will be offered for sale by Tender, closing at 1pm on 18th November 2026 at our Collective First National Office, 175 High Street, Hawera (will not be sold prior).
