Mr Ponsonby has a great understanding of the Kaitaia and environs market. He applies a mixture of local knowledge with overall market trends and adds guidance as required, often despite my (I guess) seller's anxiety. Communication met my expectations and the negotiation process was handled with an emphasis on caring for us, rather than the commission.
