Steven and Brigid are honest, open and transparent. I quickly felt that they knew us and that had our best interests at heart as far as what they would try to sell us was concerned. They are everything I have come not to expect of real estate agents recently. They are friendly, worked in with our timetable. They are quick to respond to all communication. They are pushy and did not try to tell us a house would suit us when it obviously wouldn’t as others in the area did. In fact, I found other Eves agents to be good in this area too. At no time during the process did I feel pressured or coerced. I am so glad that it was Steve and Brigid who sold us our new home.

Overall outstanding & the amount of effort & time they put into the process was unbelievable.
15 out of 10! They bent over backwards for us. Brigid & Steve are truly exceptional. We were impressed with their level of knowledge & amount of data that they had about the market. Always available for Open Homes & their responsiveness was incredible. If they couldn't pick up, they would call back minutes later. Seriously. Their delivery of information was straightforward: present the info & talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Their cool, calm mind-set kept our anxiety low & gave us the confidence they would get the job done & they did! They made us feel like our needs were first priority. They were! Luckily... Wildly important to us, they exceeded in all aspects, & every decision that we made, big or small, mattered to them. They set the highest standards & truly practice "service above self." We appreciated how they went above & beyond to help us during every stage of the process & consider ourselves extremely lucky & blessed to have had them as our Realtors! They helped us achieve our magic goal & can now further our ventures. Brigid & Steve were patient with our seemingly endless questions & kept us informed on a daily/weekly basis & will definitely recommend them to anyone we know. To summarize - Brigid & Steve made us feel like friends & they made the whole process feel easier. We truly appreciate their input & relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider & not everyone has it. Their attention to detail & level of time/dedication to their clients is outstanding.
