Overall outstanding & the amount of effort & time they put into the process was unbelievable.

15 out of 10! They bent over backwards for us. Brigid & Steve are truly exceptional. We were impressed with their level of knowledge & amount of data that they had about the market. Always available for Open Homes & their responsiveness was incredible. If they couldn't pick up, they would call back minutes later. Seriously. Their delivery of information was straightforward: present the info & talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Their cool, calm mind-set kept our anxiety low & gave us the confidence they would get the job done & they did! They made us feel like our needs were first priority. They were! Luckily... Wildly important to us, they exceeded in all aspects, & every decision that we made, big or small, mattered to them. They set the highest standards & truly practice "service above self." We appreciated how they went above & beyond to help us during every stage of the process & consider ourselves extremely lucky & blessed to have had them as our Realtors! They helped us achieve our magic goal & can now further our ventures. Brigid & Steve were patient with our seemingly endless questions & kept us informed on a daily/weekly basis & will definitely recommend them to anyone we know.
