Exceptional Agent with a Special Touch!

We are the owners of 43A Puhirake Crescent, Pyes Pa and our house was listed with Judy Gong. I want to share my experience from when our home was first listed till when the sale of the house became unconditional. Judy, one of the real estate agents at EVES The Lakes, ought to be commended for her honesty, calm manner, helpfulness, sincerity and optimism. As it was our first time selling a house, coupled with a few stressors - relocating, husband already in Australia, packing, working and being a mum, Judy went above and beyond what a real estate agent will do. She kept me informed, reassured me, genuinely advising me, walking my dogs, getting afternoon tea for my kids and at times, doing last minute tidy up for impromptu open homes. My perception of a real estate agent is one who just wants to sell the house and get his/her commission, however Judy’s personality, work ethics and honesty is what makes her an exceptional real estate agent. Indeed one with a special touch! I am thankful for her and her work for these past 7/8 weeks. EVES The Lakes is very lucky to have her.
