Brilliant Salesman / 5 Star Service

My son and I recently purchased a property with Steve Robinson as the agent and we both honestly could not speak more highly of the experience. Right from the start Steve went the extra mile by allowing us to view the property even though we had arrived as the open home was closing. He made a follow up call the next week which really sparked my interest in the property and tells me he was working hard for the vendor. When my son and I were considering making an offer he responded quickly to any questions we had, believe me I had several and often outside normal working hours! While drafting our offers and subsequent contract signing he was through in his explanations, flexible in meeting times and always kept us informed as to progress. We found Steve to be highly knowledgeable and professional at all times but more importantly extremely personable. He took the time to listen to our situation as house buyers and get a feel for us as people. At a time when there is many people all trying to buy the same property, my son and I really appreciated the time he put into this process for us.
