Ron got us the outcome we wanted and nothing was a bother for him no matter what time we contacted him and went out of his way to get the answer to any questions we had. The professionalism of the marketing was just amazing and nothing was to much trouble would highly recommend Ron if you are wanting the job done.

Fiona was my agent to sell my house. She was very proactive and nothing was an issue or difficult. Fiona went beyond what I thought was doing her job in that she helped resolve any issues that came up with potential buyers and she also was able to arrange contractors for me to complete any work that needed to be done to help with the sale. Fiona is well recommended by ourselves and we will not hesitate to pass on her name to others that we know who want to sell property as she does see the bigger picture and is a realist in regards to what is happening in the market. Thanks Fiona.

My husband and I have recently sold our property through Fiona Marshall and we wanted to let you know what a positive experience we have had. Fiona epitomises professionalism and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were so impressed with our initial meeting with Fiona as she had spent the time to thoroughly research our area and took the time to hear our story and understand our circumstances. We had no doubt from the onset that we wanted to list our property through her. Throughout the sales process Fiona kept us informed and she demonstrated her commitment to helping us sell. It’s just the little touches that count, for example, bringing an oil burner to your open home to make your home smell extra special. Fiona is one of the good ones - she is genuine and extremely ethical. We highly recommend her to anyone selling or purchasing a home in Rotorua. Thanks Fiona - you’re a legend! We are now off to Waikawa to live our dream…

Ron went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make our buying experience as stress free as possible. Our first viewing of the property ,and meeting Ron for the first time as well made us feel as if we had just popped over to a friends place that we hadn’t seen for a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron as your agent buying or selling.

From the time we first engaged with Ron through to a successful sale he was what we would call the ultimate professional. Whilst we have brought and sold before he took us on a journey and we were the center of that ride, he did not talk down to us but included us. We talked strategy, set a game plan that we were happy with and he was 100% committed to then bam it all began! We were fortunate that Ron was assisted by Dan and people just didn't stop viewing our property, the presented several deals all within two weeks. Our home went under contract, then unconditional then sold. We were so happy with the work carried out for us, and the use to technology to keep us informed along the journey (although very short) made it so easy for us. No question was too small. To top this off a little thank you gift personally delivered made the final completion sweeter and we will be toasting the the Professional Ron for Team Professionals. Thank you Neven and Jerome

Ron is friendly but it comes across as fake and he is just out there to make money. I guess most real estate agents are like that . Would not choose to sale my house with him.
