Once the property was ready for sale I had to leave town and Fiona was left in sole charge. She successfully secured an offer on Deadline sale. Unfortunately the purchaser seemed to want to extend every deadline possible with respect to going unconditional (not Fiona's fault), and they were also not the best at communication (I'm glad I wasn't dealing with them). COVID also played a role in delaying proceedings even further. Fiona was steady with her efforts and communication throughout. It was never a problem to have a chat about how things were going.

My husband and I chose Fiona Marshall on personal recommendation from a family member Fiona listed the property and did three “Open Homes”. We had several offers after the first “Open Home” one of which we accepted. Fiona still went ahead with the subsequent ones just in case the first offer fell through.
