Professional, funny, down to earth and straight talking! By far the best experience i've had with an agent before. Even replied to my messages / calls way outside of business hours... that shows the dedication and passion to her profession. Thank you so much Fiona for your help and I hope we do business in the future.

Fiona has been explained the S&P agreement with me, nice and clear, also waiting for our reply with patience, and reminded me time to get LAM, and call the bank to inform them with deposit. This is the second property that she helps me to purchase, look forward to working with her for next purchases.

We bought our first home through Fiona and now she’s sold it for us in under 4 weeks. We are grateful for her great expertise and valuable advise, and we recommend her and her wonderful work to those who are thinking of buying or selling. Thank you Fiona!

I was very pleased to have Ron as my Agent when selling my home. He is a lovely, caring man and listens to what you have to say. Always at the end of the phone ready to answer any queries I had. Or he would pop around to see me when everything was going too fast. Thru this experience he has now become a dear friend. I Recomend Ron to anyone selling or buying a home, am sure you will have the wonderful experience I had with him.

Ron is a committed Agent who went the extra mile to sell our whanau property in a declining vendor market. However, he is much more than a brilliant Real Estate Agent. He is a wonderful human with qualities of kindness, grace, humility, and a great sense of humour. His chilled and down to earth manner helped keep us calm whilst he continued his commitment to preparing and selling our property. Ron made the whole process so easy. Do yourself a favour and ask Ron to sell your property. Kia ora!

We received a reasonable offer for our property 2 weeks after advertising. She’s a miracle worker! Upon first meeting Denise, she came in prepared with details about our home, what we can sell it for and a marketing strategy. She was very good at communicating with us and was very accommodating -especially since we were already overseas. We chose her as our agent because she left a strong impression -she genuinely cares about us. If she can make us feel comfortable and listened to, we hoped that potential buyers would feel that too.

Very professional and experienced agent who (along with her 2IC Kyle) was prepared to go the extra distance to arrange and facilitate a sale. Friendly, communicative and having now both bought and sold a house through Denise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

She was brilliant! Did everything I asked for as I probably wasn’t the most punctual client out there, but her patience, and her understanding is a great quality that was very much appreciated.
