We reached out to Kylie prior to putting our own home on the market in Auckland. She was warm, welcoming and made visiting the property in Rotorua an ease. We arrived with 3 boys in gumboots ready to explore and she let them run about. She took myself, husband and mum through the home and had so much respect, knowledge and easy comfort. She knew it was the HOME for us and did all she could to help us get there. She knew relocating for us was massive. Checking in on us each week to see how our sale was going. Auction day arrived for our house and it was an easy sell and purchase settle. Grateful to have Kylie as our real estate and all the enthusiasm she brought with it.

Kylie was great, she knew we were looking to sell our property and kept in touch with us over the years letting us know what the market was doing. We listed this year and we are so happy we did, she told us what we needed to do to get the property ready and her marketing and commitment was fantastic. Kylie kept us up to date and her communication was great. Kylie never gave up and continued to remain positive despite us thinking it may just not happen.
