Around 6 months before listing our property we visited open homes of properties we perceived to be of similar values and assessing the agent who was hosting the property. The only agent who followed up was Gary. He kept in touch with us and so it was a no brainer to employ him to market our home. Gary is professional, thorough, and all ways contactable, returning all phone calls promptly. Market reports and feedback from open homes and private viewings were given after each event. The market is not easy at present but Gary worked tirelessly to achieve a sale. He has a strong database and social media coverage which he works to his and his clients advantage.
