Fran is a brilliant confident agent, who clearly loves what she does. We had the pleasure of listing our property with Fran & Todd. We mostly worked with Lauren McRae on selling and buying. Lauren was incredibly nurturing from day one. As soon as we decided to list with Eves, Charlotte was on the case and we were in contact with Lauren the very next day. We had never experienced having an agent assigned specifically to help find us a house to live in, and it was very comforting to know we had Lauren in our corner. Buying and selling a house can be very stressful. We had worked with Charlotte before on previous house sales, so we knew we were in good hands having her team on board. Working with Lauren was a new experience, and we are so glad we had her to help us through this process. Lauren was on the case immediately. We were viewing houses the next day and it did not let up from there.
