VIEWED THE HOUSE, LIKED IT, BROUGHT IT, ALL WITHIN 2 WEEKS.

Charlotte had the first open home and was discrete yet personable. Left to view in my own time and details taken. My wife and I then booked another viewing for 2 days later. We received all the information required to place a pre-auction bid. Once in place everything moved really quickly. All paperwork was signed off, bid accepted for an early auction and this was all done without issue whilst Charlotte was in Australia. On winning at auction again everything flowed so we had no worries about the process. Deposit paid, move in date arranged, just waiting to get the keys. Charlotte left us with our questions and kept us informed throughout. Would recommend every time.

Excellent marketing plan, but then again, you get what you pay for.

Great communication with Charlotte and her team. We were all very fortunate to receive an acceptable pre auction offer 4 days after the first open home. There were no other bids at the auction, which was brought forward as a result.

Fantastic communication and regular catch ups

Great communicator, honest and someone you can really trust

From the moment I met Fran she was warm, friendly, honest, genuine and very knowledgeable of the current market.
