Leon managed the sales process in a professional, streamlined, and structured manner from initial contact through to post sales follow up. We were fully engaged with the process and always felt totally confident that Leon was working to get us the best possible outcomes. Communication was superb throughout with our questions and concerns being addressed fully and patiently in a way that made sense to us. Leon went the 'extra mile' on several occasions including finding a contractor to replace a section of substandard fencing within a matter of 3 - 4 days.
