After asking Dirk to come and appraise the property I was selling, it was an absolute no-brainer for me to list the property with him. The whole process was really easy and so much less stressful than I expected - and a lot of that was due to the down-to-earth approach Dirk has, and how much he kept me up to date with what was happening. We got a great result at auction, and then I asked him to help me find a new place to live. Being on the other end of the process was totally different and much more stressful, but Dirk was an awesome wingman, sending me suggestions of properties to see each week, organising viewings so we could avoid the crowds at open homes and really get a good feel for what was out there, and coaching me through the auction process as a buyer. Turns out I love a good auction and having a side-kick really gave me the ability to bid confidently, know my numbers and not get carried away. He really took the time to listen, ask lots of questions and understand what was important for me in a new home, challenged some of my assumptions, and this week I got the keys to my new home! I would totally recommend Dirk as an amazing agent to work with whether you are buying or selling, and when the time comes to move on (hopefully many years away) will certainly be calling on him again.
