I surveyed the talent, I chose Dirk Merwe. Dirk took over. He outlined the plan, explained the rationale, set to and made it happen. I have to say it is an exhausting schedule and it needs someone with energy , stamina and tons of people skills. That's Dirk. Dirk knows that you want a buyer for your property. That's what he does.

Totally awesome!
Dirk was totally awesome! In fact so amazing he was dangerous..... As he would say! All jokes aside....He made the process of finding a new property so much fun. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy to contact. Easy to talk to. We feel like we made a fabulous new friend. We would love to keep in touch. Thoroughly recommend! We will definitely be using Dirk's expertise in any future property transactions.
