At no time was I under any pressure and Dirk worked around my commitments when arranging property visits etc. I felt I was in charge/control of the sale. Daniel is a great communicator. He was always happy to answer my many questions and has a great knowledge of his profession. His advice on expectations was accurate and he was very astute in picking up a fault in the documents relating to my property which was remedied by the addition of a clause disclosing that error. Open homes were run by Daniel and Rachel as advertised and feedback was prompt and honest. I am very happy with what Daniel and Rachel did for me and would recommend them to any potential vendors.
