Great Advice, 'Can-Do' Attitude, Highly Recommend
I became very impressed with Emma & Dwayne when enquiring about a section we ended up purchasing in Quail Rise. Emma was aware of our situation and provided us with many options that would suit us. She took the time to chat about the building process and different ways we could go about it. Documentation on various sections were promptly given to us and communication was prompt and clear. Having had the experience of working with Emma & Dwayne from a buyers perspective I had no hesitation to ask them to sell our current property. Emma gave great advice on what areas of the house needed to be improved and how to do this cost effectively. When faced with challenges through the selling process with regard to minor building report findings Emma had the greatest 'Can do' attitude and provided immediate and legitimate rectification options to both seller and buyer to not lose the sale. I would recommend Emma & Dwayne to anyone looking to buy or sell and would happily work with them again.
