So happy I chose Mark to sell my house, an excellent job

I was quite nervous putting my house on the market having lived there, raising a family for 56 years. Also it seemed a daunting task being a widow of only 3 years. But Mark was confident, always cheerful & answered all my queries seriously, even if they were silly. He made practical suggestions and was always available for advice. He was positive and enthusiastic and what I saw as mountains he broke down to do-able tasks. It all went along at a moderate pace, then before I knew it my house was ready for the market. Mark kept me informed when people were interested in our property which was pretty exciting as it happened so quickly. Then it was sold. My family and I are very happy we chose Mark to sell our house, I would recommend him to everyone. So here I am now in my new flat-- before Christmas and all the hard work done & against all the odds in such a small time frame. Thank you Mark.
