I had an excellent experience working with Hannah during the purchase of my investment property. As I am based in Auckland, having an agent who was responsive, thorough, and proactive was extremely important to me, and Hannah exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Hannah was exceptionally responsive over the phone and always took the time to provide detailed information and answer my questions. She was highly detail-oriented and remained calm, professional, and positive throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help me obtain every detail I needed for my due diligence, which gave me a great deal of confidence in making informed decisions from a distance. What particularly impressed me was Hannah’s follow-up and commitment to getting things done. She regularly checked in to see how everything was progressing and was always eager to find practical solutions to keep the process moving forward. During the negotiation stage, she was prompt, proactive, and solution-focused, always looking for ways to overcome challenges and keep the deal progressing positively. I also heard an interesting comment from one of the property managers I was communicating with, who mentioned that Jeremy and Hannah are regarded as very good negotiators and that they are the type of people who will work hard to get a deal done. After experiencing Hannah’s approach firsthand, I can certainly understand why she has that reputation. Overall, Hannah demonstrated excellent communication skills, strong market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, and a high level of professionalism throughout the purchase. I would have no hesitation recommending Hannah and Jeremy to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and results-focused real estate agent.
