We've had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Crosland twice in the past three years since moving to Palmerston North, and both times, he has been nothing short of amazing! Jeremy is someone you can trust completely—he genuinely cares about both buyers and sellers and works hard to make the process smooth and stress-free. He goes above and beyond, making sure everything is clear and straightforward, which is exactly what you want in a real estate transaction. Thanks again, Jeremy, for your dedication, professionalism, and hard work. If you're looking for an agent who knows his stuff and will look after you every step of the way, Jeremy is the one to call!

Both Jeremy and Casey are professional yet easy going and made this whole process less intimidating for us.

Working with Jeremy and Casey to sell our home in 2025 was an outstanding experience from start to finish. They provided perfect advice at every stage, helping us make informed decisions with complete confidence. Communication was always smooth and responsive—we could reach out anytime for clarification, and they were always available and happy to help. The entire process was neatly organized and well-managed, making what could have been a stressful time feel seamless and even enjoyable. Jeremy and Casey were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and supportive. We’re truly grateful for their expertise and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

The number 1 Trio did it again. In a tough market they worked hard to get our property across the 'Sold finish line!'. He now look forward to our adventure.

Jeremy, Casey and Hannah. Thankyou so much for all you're advice, wisdom and professionalism in selling our house. We are glad it's going to a family who are going to love it as much as we did. We highly recommend this team... 👏🏽👍🏼

From start to finish, Jeremy made this process as easy as possible. His knowledge, professionalism and how he made our entire family part of the process was outstanding. A real pleasure to deal with and he has mad this house, our home.

Casey and the team were very professional. While they were very driven to get a good result, they were not pushy. Overall extremely good to deal with, were very informed about the current market trends and they helped set the right expectations. We would highly recommend them for sale or purchase and would happily work with them again if the opportunity ever came up.

This team is great, we loved their drive, communication and added bonus of having practical building knowledge. They’ll get you a great result!

Casey was great to deal with. There was lots of communication. We were very happy that in the face of our house taking a while to sell, Casey did not give up and continued to negotiate with the buyers. I first came across Casey 5 or so years ago when he did an appraisal on our house. At the time I was impressed with his calm approach and while I could tell he would get the job done, he does it in non pushy way. It's rare to find an agent like that. 5 years later, we called him up and he delivered the same non pushy and professional manner and got the job done. We were very happy.

Thanks to this amazing team, we not only sold our house very quickly but were also about to purchase through them and they were great to deal with.

Jeremy, Casey and the team have been awesome in selling my house and supporting me throughout the journey
