Quick, easy and yet to be listed
We where on a time crunch to buy after selling our house and Courtney was generous enough to get us in on a couple "listing first thing in the new year" options. After viewing one, we owned it within a week which was a good outcome for both parties. Process and getting everything done was extremely easy and simple. With a quick turn around on paper work.
