Needle in the haystack.
Courtney was definitely the one to find our needle in the haystack property. Her communication skills and flexibility secured the property during lockdown. Her accessibility to answer questions and arrange inspections was excellent and we felt supported throughout the process. Her “no fuss” attitude gets the job done. Well done Courtney.

Dealing with Courtney and her team was an extremely pleasant experience. As a buyer, it felt that Courtney was just as much on our side as the vendor. An open dialogue between all parties, which she facilitated, was in no small part why we were able to secure the property we did. I couldn't recommend her and the team more highly.

Courtney is AMAZING!!
I have known Courtney on a business level for a few years now but have never personally purchased a home with her. Our dealings with Courtney were nothing short of Fantastic!!, she's pretty impressive!!! There is a reason that people rave about her, and theres a reason she is successful in her career. Courtney is super friendly, efficient and she actually genuinely cares about people and that is evident when you meet her . Nothing is a problem with Courtney, she does what she says she will, she listens and she cares for the Vendor as well as The Purchaser. You get simplicity when dealing with Courtney, and that for us has made the whole process a whole less stressful.
