Something that really struck us about Quilly, was how passionate he is about the Lakes District. There's definitely a degree of transient locals in and around the Queenstown area; Quilly is not one of them. There's a lot to be said for someone who is invested in the long-term good of a region. A top bloke, highly personable, with ooodles of integrity. For us, that translated to a seamless, swift sale of our investment property. We are out-of-towners; Quilly and his team managed the entire sales process, from cleaning and staging, to handing over the keys to the new owner. Thrilled with every aspect of the process.
