We chose Bryce and Errol based on their reputation for excellent market knowledge, great communication and results and, most importantly, for the fact they are involved for their clients rather than for themselves. And we were not disappointed. Feedback was fantastic and they achieved a result which surpassed our expectations in a difficult market. We were also impressed that when we received earlier offers they said they were confident they could do better - and they did! Another plus was that they never pressured us and this was especially appreciated considering that they knew we needed to sell.
