I have dealt with a number of Real Estate Salespeople over the years and I would rate Mel as being one of the best. We achieved a sale in a very short time at a price we were very happy with even in what is seen as a slow market. Mel certainly put in the effort, at times after hours to get a deal over the line. At all times from the initial listing proposal until after the sale communication was excellent. 100% recommended.
