Dee and her team were excellent from the beginning. It started with an extremely professional marketing and media campaign. Her communication couldn't be faulted throughout , especially the strategy and offer process when buying as there were many different layers to navigate. Dee is extremely professional with sound market knowledge. Before we had even listed she had our home in mind and sent me updates on current listings so we could get a gauge on the market. She brought forward a buyer as an off market opportunity, this buyer did purchase our home. Her skills far exceeded our expectations. On top of this she is punctual with her updates, is kind and a fantastic person to have when navigating what can be a very stressful situation. I can’t recommend Dee enough and the whole team at Collab. They also have the best photographer and videographer on their team!

Bryce and Errol from Collab recently helped us purchase a house in Mount Maunganui. We had very specific needs and after years of searching we still had not found anything suitable for our family and in our price range. Bryce listened carefully to our list of requirements and introduced us to the perfect home. Whilst the house needed work both Errol and Bryce could see how we could make some alterations so we could tick all our boxes. That is exactly what happened! We negotiated and purchased the property and made the changes and updates we wanted and now we couldn't be happier. It was that vision and patience that really stood out for us. The time they took to walk us through the potential of the home (and then facilitate trade quotes while we awaited settlement) was brilliant. The agent works on behalf of the vendor and 99% of the time in a house purchase, one feels this: like they’ll do what needs to be done to secure your business, but not necessarily go beyond this. With Kimberley, I felt she was invested in not just my ability to buy the house, but that I would be buying with my eyes wide open.
