Great very professional agent with a depth of knowledge
Marty was very professional and responsive, able to be supportive even at short notice. He's got a very good depth of market knowledge and was very approachable. His negotiation style was fair to both parties, including being very respectful of the buying side. Overall we had a great experience with Marty and will look to continue using him in the future with our own properties!

From the first visit to our newly purchased house, Marty was easy to talk to, approachable and professional. This was his first property but we did not get that impression. He made the offer process easy and stress free. He negotiated well for his seller but was also respectful of our final offer (best of both worlds). I would definitely recommend Marty to anyone looking at selling their property!
