Approachable & great with communication

Buying through Grace and the team at Clarke and Co was a great experience. Grace in particular was awesome to deal with, timely with communication, very approachable, and easy to talk to. At negotiation time I always felt like I understood what was going on and could make informed decisions without any pressure. Would recommend to anyone.
