Rochelle was fantastic to deal with and I would happily recommend her to anyone. Rochelle worked hard to get the best result for us and understood what our bottom line was, but was also honest and realistic given the market that we were selling in. Rochelle kept us up to date constantly, was happy to answer any questions at any time, and always did so with a friendliness and professionalism that we truly valued. We are not planning on selling again anytime soon, but if we were I would be picking up the phone to call Rochelle!

Great communication and helped us everystep of the way. Receptive and fast at organising things like builders reports and helping us if we encounted a problem. Even though the real estate agent acts for the vendor, they were extremely kind, highly reccommend dealing with Hannah and Rachel from CK&CO. As first home buyers who had been looking for over a year, we have encounted a large number of agents! and CK&CO definitly stood out and went above and beyond when adressing our questions and concerns. I will be using them when it comes to selling :)

I was nervous about the selling process but Rachel made it easy and even fun. She explained the process in a way that I could understand and guided me through the marketing and how to best showcase our home. Rachel was absolutely awesome from the time we arrived at the open home. Extremely friendly and helpful. As new buyers she was amazing at bringing us through the process and helping us with any queries as well as checking in from time to time to make sure everything was okay. She still handled the communication very well throughout and helped me heaps getting some critical issues sorted within very tight turnaround. Hannah clearly had knowledge of our area (having lived in Kelson growing up), and the market, when we met with her and chose her as our preferred agent. She is professional and in tune with the stresses that sellers are currently facing in a suppressed buyers market. She was always prepared to work with us, and even with other agencies if it helped to get us sold. The wrap-around services and team that kick in when we signed with Hannah and CK&Co are simply superb. Hannah, Diane and Rachel all took care of regular open homes (even being available over the Christmas/New Year period). Theresa took charge of staging the house, and, we might add, for NO EXTRA CHARGE! We cannot express what a huge bonus/advantage that is!
