Homeless! That’s not quite true. We have gone into a Retirement situation due to our health. To this end it was difficult for all involved. However their marketing was second to none. It won me over to make the decision to go with them. I had to step away and Angela gave up her time to help our daughter pack and clear the house with amazing empathy. It was comforting to know we were in experienced hands. I can’t thank them enough.

We recently purchased property in the Tamahere area and had multiple opportunities to interact with Russell regarding the property we ended purchasing as well as other properties that he represented in the area. Russell knows Tamahere well and was able to provide detailed information that we requested regarding several different properties. He was uniformly prompt in responding to questions and went out of his way to be helpful, going so far as to arrange a second viewing for us for the property we ended up purchasing. He also made the post-purchase process painless, facilitating communication with the vendor so that we could transition to the new property and take up maintenance with a minimum of hassle. Always at the end of the phone... this is a great comfort...no worrying for hours on end when feeling vulnerable making what is a huge purchase for most of us. This stressful time is understood by Russell, and he endeavors with success to make it as calm and confident as possible. Indeed I must say his professional and competent administration left the solicitor poor by comparison.
