Ben's approach to selling our house was excellent. He gave us great advice on how to present the property. He doesn't see anything as a big problem and is honest with his advice. We found the whole process easy and had no doubt Ben was working hard to get the house sold. He is friendly and approachable which are great traits for a salesman. We have been to open homes and contacted agents as a buyer and experienced agents who are not engaging or interested in following up our enquiry. So as a vendor we were looking for an agent who would connect and work with all the potential buyers. Ben did this exceptionally well.
