Selling my house turned out to be a much more stressful experience than I anticipated, primarily due to the fact that we had to set four different settlement dates before the money finally came through. Despite these challenges, I am grateful for the professional communication I received from Grant, who handled the situation with grace and skill. He was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had, which was incredibly reassuring during such a tumultuous time. While the process was far from straightforward (the purchasers were also my tenants as a condition of the sales agreement), Grant was dedicated to see the sale through. He showed care and compassion and walked the journey alongside me. In the end, despite the four months wait, I am satisfied with the outcome and grateful for the support I received from Grant and Franklin throughout the process of selling my house.
