About Grant

Grants real estate career spans 18 years specializing in selling residential and lifestyle real estate in the Nelson region. Grant was previously one of the business owners of Ray White Richmond and Ray White Nelson and following the sale of the businesses moved to Bayleys in 2020. In 2022 Grant launched Chaneys Real Estate. Grant has both his sales persons and his Agents Licence. He has consistently been one of the top performing Real Estate Agents in the Nelson region achieving multiple local and national awards including being ranked #7 in New Zealand for Ray White. Grant achieved Elite status with Ray White for 9 consecutive years. He is a keen fisherman and rugby supporter and loves following his girl’s netball and volleyball around the country. Grant is proud to have won the Top Agent Award for the Tasman region for 2024.

Professional, Genuine and Easy to Deal With
