Siobhan took the time to understand our situation and meet our expectations, her appraisal range was bang on which ment there were no surprises or difficult conversations. Even in the current slow winter market we were lucky enough to hit the top of her range. We couldn’t have asked for better communication and the updates during the selling process were very insightful.
