We have sold numerous properties over the years and when it came to selling a Cambridge property we were in the dark on who to use, I had heard Cambridge Real Estate advertising on the radio so made a call to them and got put though to Trevor who from that moment though to the settlement was excellent, his communication though the whole sale process was the best we have seen from a agent and we highly recommend him if looking at buying or selling a property in the Cambridge area.

Graham is a lovely agent who has given us good advice from his wealth of real estate experience. He always has a friendly, happy manner and has not hesitated the extra mile to smooth the way for us. We have sold and bought houses with him recently.

Paulette was from the start of our search to the finish line, so helpful and supportive. A genuinely trustworthy person with no hard sell. Highly recommended as your Cambridge agent. We share the same surname but not actually related.

From start to finish Paulette has been great. We have Paulette a list of requirements and she came up with a few options. Paulette kept us informed every step of the way and made it easy.

Once we found our dream house, we had a short time frame to sell our current home - Rach didn't bat an eye, she actioned all of the steps necessary to get us on the market quickly and efficiently, and we were very happy with how our house was presented and marketed online. Throughout the process, Rach kept us informed every step of the way with regular check ins, lots of great advice, and plenty of laughs (which ensured what can be a stressful process was also lots of fun). We had a tense last week as we approached the deadline for having our house sold, but Rach was calm and supportive and kept us positive, particularly in the last few days. In the end everything aligned perfectly and we are thrilled with the result. Highly recommend Rachael Seavill as a real estate agent, especially if you are looking to engage an agent who has a great sense of humour and upbeat attitude.

"Wow" is all I can say about my experience with Rachael. She went above and beyond what I have previously experienced to get a deal across the line in an incredibly tight timeframe. Excellent communications, sensible and practical suggestions, she took preparatory steps in anticipation of instructions and showed an intimate understanding of the legal framework. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachael and will happily work with her again.

Debbie represented the seller when purchasing our first home and we truly enjoyed the process. Her communication was constant and transparent and she walked us through every step seamlessly. She was always available when we needed her and helped to make the sale quick and easy with no hiccups. We would definitely work with Debbie again in the future!

David has an extremely knowledgeable and professional approach. He had the right answer to every question and then some. He gave us some great tips for preparing the house for sale. Plus had the right advice when it came to dealing with our buyers queries. We can't rate David highly enough. He also answered all questions and concerns we had when we were searching for a new house for ourselves.

We cannot say enough about how awesome David was to deal with. We went through an truly awful experience selling our house in Auckland due to an utterly awful agent. It was a complete 180 on that experience when dealing with David when it came to purchasing a property in Cambridge. He is incredibly patient, knowledgable, communicative, approachable and also reassuring, not to mention an incredibly nice guy and we would not hesitate to sell or buy a property again with David in the future. It has been so nice to have such a positive end to our relocation journey, all thanks to David.

David is a very experienced and thorough agent to work with. His recommendations around getting my property ready for sale were fantastic and the house looked amazing for photos and open homes, with staging and excellent photography. We had a buyer within a week and were able to get very close to asking price. Would recommend David for the sale of a rural lifestyle property

We have known Trevor for a number of years, though this is the first property we have purchased through him. Trevor's assistance and information pre-auction encouraged us to attend and bid on the property. But wait there's more... Trevor has continued to assist us post the Sale and prior to settlement to ensure we have the property rented soon after us taking ownership. We thoroughly recommend Trevor. One of the truly nice guys of Real Estate.

Having gone live on 29 July 2022 (non auction) and not sold until 16 February 2023 (auction) both my wife and I and our Agents (Trevor Morris & Debbie Towers) encountered a declining market, so extreme, that none of us could have anticipated. The continued efforts on our behalf were appreciated and whilst we all were disappointed in the final price achieved, it was not through lack of effort on the part of our Agents.
