It was clear from the start that Lenie understood our brief. Her knowledge of the local market was evident. Enjoyed her personable approach, nothing was too much trouble even retrieving the wallet I left behind after the second viewing. Expedited the paperwork and coordinated property viewings effectively. Appreciated her honest responses, if she didn't have the answer she went and got it for us. Was always on time for appointments and gave us as much time as we asked for each viewing, never rushed us.
