Embarking on the journey of purchasing our first property in New Zealand was indeed a complex adventure. David was able to guide us through the process with ease and professionalism. Having someone who is both professional and friendly can make all the difference in such significant life events.
David Soar
I strongly recommend David Soar as an excellent, professional Rural Real Estate Agent. He maintained great communication throughout the whole buying process, clearly explaining current market conditions and giving me specific advice of how to potentially develop and wisely utilize my prospective property. I really appreciated his honest, cheerful advice and farming knowledge. He was easily contactable and has been a tremendous help.

We viewed a couple of properties with Rachel and now purchased and it was easy and comfortable. Rachel was always happy to answer questions and went out of her way for extra viewings. She wasn’t pushy but always followed up professionally.

Graham’s efficiency was remarkable. He expedited the paperwork and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale. His proactive approach was evident when he organized an open home that attracted multiple offers. I would highly recommend Graham to anyone looking to sell.

Paulette Bell was entirely professional from our first conversation through to the point of sale and final handover to the buyers. Paulette's market knowledge was on point. Over the months we prepared the property for market, Paulette was open to communication helping out with legal or other details ensuring that the property got to market presented well and SOLD. Seamless!!! We cannot recommend Paulette highly enough. Very good agent. Trustworthy. Helpful. Considerate.
